When trying to pull mannoroth, solo, in hellfire citadel Gul’dan automatically kills all summoners. This makes it impossible to get the bad Manneroth achievement. I originally though I had done too much damage to one of the summoners causing this but even pulling with a non-damaging ability such as psychic scream still causes it
This should only happen on mythic. If it happens on any other difficulty, then it is a bug.
Nope. The spires is what makes the abilities possible, not the summoners. On Mythic, the red spire (doomguard) still summons them during mythics phase 1 and phase 2 (phase 2, phase 3 for non mythic difficulties)
