Mankrik 7 characters gone

I read the Realm Consolidation FAQ, then logged into Mankrik to move my characters over. I did the first couple, and it said it would take 4 days for the transfers to go through, so I decided to wait to try the rest. I talked to my (soon to be former) guildees, and they said that attempting to play was pointless since you got disconnected every few minutes.

I logged back in early this morning to start transferring my other characters including my main, and found that Mankrik is gone along with all my characters and a few hundred thousand gold.

Did you really just delete most of my characters? Are they gone forever, or is there some way to get them back? What about the gold - is there at least some way to get that back? I read the FAQ carefully, and nowhere did it say that waiting a few days to use my free transfers would delete my characters and gold. What is going on?

Are you switching the tab on the server selection page to show “Legacy” servers? That’s where Faerlina is now.

bruh lmao…did you seriously not take one minute to look into this yourself?

Tried to transfer again (after removing gold seller spam) - it said it would take “several minutes”, then it gave an error and said to try again. I tried again, but now the free transfer is gone from the store - nice.

Just wait the transfer will go through still. Last couple of my toons i got the error message they were on galarkas the next day.
