Some websites claim its the Mangle we know (combo point builder, increases bleed damage) and some websites claim its a finishing move that incapacitates the target ala Maim. Do we know which version we’re getting?

YES. Lets give a rune to every spell in the game. And after that lets add runes to runes to empower the slightly underperforming ones… After all that’s all it takes to make a great classic+ experience MORE RUNES
Im not asking for more Runes. We already know we are getting a Mangle Rune. The question is pertaining to the tooltip on the current Mangle Rune information.

On wowhead its a combo point builder that also adds 30% to all bleed damage.
Guilty. Didn’t read all of it. Assumed its like most of those other posts out there asking for a new rune or some dragon to come fly in vanilla. I hope the mangle rune is what you hope it is and if not don’t worry about it, you can ask for another rune of mangle that is what you want.
