This is something that has my mind absolutely spinning whenever I remember it, but I could have sworn there was a lot of promotional artwork featuring Thrall with an undercut for Warlords of Draenor. Like he was having a mid-life crisis and was trying to feel the youth and vigour of the glory days of old Warcraft, which is sort of what Warlords of Draenor was about anyway.
But for whatever reason this model and the artwork is nowhere to be found on a cursory google search! Am I nuts? Did I just imagine they gave Thrall the Macklemore hair? Is this an example of the MANDELA EFFECT in action?

Ok now I KNOW they must’ve messed with this cos in the Garrosh cinematic where Thrall offs him he has a shaved head, no topknot! So we’ve already established precedent for retconning hairstyles… did they retcon the UNDERCUT???
I had to google Macklemore. I think you are talking about the twin braid hair style which he used to have. It is a Thrall Batttlecry wallpaper by Wei Wang that I found.
You know how sometimes, a culture will start a trend, then years later, the dominate culture in the area will notice the trend, adopt it, and then act like they invented it?

Man these kids acting like the undercut itself is an instance of the Mandella Effect got me convinced the Thrall undercut is true. I know Blizz must have the concept art hidden in a vault somewhere! Must’ve paid some firm to downgrade the search results! I’m not gonna let this one lie!
BRIEF ASIDE: you know back in the day I remember people roasting undercuts saying they were the “sideways mullet”
That’s because they don’t understand the mullet. Back in the 80s, mullets opened doors for people. Seriously, people would hire you based on having a mullet, assuming that they cared what they looked like (lmao), and were willing to be clean and presentable. Undercuts never held that raw hair power.
