Where do you get to skip this once you completed on your main?

If you mean the raid skip, once it’s unlocked you can skip from the teleporter just inside the entrance (before the first boss) to the trash before Nexus-King Salhadar. However, you can’t backtrack, so if you want to kill the middle bosses you have to clear normally.

I mean the quest skip so I can have the cloak to access the raid in LFR.

Few things here:

  1. Make sure said alt has skipped the leveling campaign (talk to Brann)
  2. Make sure said alt has skipped the max level campaign (talk to Alleria in the keep)
  3. Talk to Locus Walker, turn in quest, get next one
  4. Go through portal, turn in Locus Walker quest
  5. Talk to dude behind podium, skip K’aresh campaign
  6. Fly out to the little island and pick up another cape from Hashim

Yeah, that’s where I am and there’s no option. I guess I need to fully complete the questline (I figured getting to the point of where I unlocked the raid and got the cloak was enough).
