Mana Users Chugging Trolls Potion for Instant Mana Ticks

I’d like to bring attention to the fact that with these recent changes that we are all aware that affect the regeneration system that mana users chugging trolls blood potion for instant mana ticks, getting back full mana without having to drink. Is this what you intended Blizzard?

Edit: also works with swapping weapons with mp5 on it.

It doesn’t give instant mana … it just finishes the tick early and gives the resource that would have been given to that point.

That’s literally what i said, it instantly finishes their mana tick.

Clearly an intended mechanic.
