I am looking for an addon that will track when mana regeneration ticks will occur. Thus far I have not found any that will do this.

I’d think that Weak Auras could be set up to track this.

That is a very good point. I did not think I would actually use Weak Auras in Classic. But for functions like that. Definitely.

Yep, just saw this.

Wrapping a string with ` at each end will make it preformatted.

There’s also the </> button on the bar.
