Anyone else noticed this? A severe lack of healers on my server.
Casters feel so awful with no mana all the time. Priests have been talking about it a lot in the Priest Discord.

Spriest have mana issues, if you spec into Meditation, make good use of Inner Focus prioritize spirit on your gear and are smart with your mana, IE not spamming every GCD like you do on live, you won’t have mana problems as a priest.
As for Paladins/Mages/Shammy/Druid healers I can’t really speak to that.

Which server are you on? Druids can spam wrath to start mana regen.
Healing as a mage only has mana issues when the raid takes too much damage.
Healing dungeons is stupid easy as a mage
As a shaman with Shamatic Rage and Water shield, I cannot relate. Sorry.
For once. It is I, the restoration shaman, that is not grumbling about always being out of mana.
It’s a nice change.

A friend of mine and I were talking about this the other day, discussing how big a mistake it was to make near every class a tank, because in SoD2 everyone will also be able to raid heal also.
yeah I’m feeling this for sure.
I’m playing a Druid and plan on giving healing a try, but man I hate that Druids don’t get a regular rez. Hopefully in phase 2.
A healer without a rez is like a tank without a taunt. Sure you can do it but it’s going to suck in many scenarios.

As a priest, if I need to spam renews everywhere, penance on CD and spot flash heals/shields, yes it gets bad…but if I don’t and people are avoiding damage and letting PoM do it’s thing, it’s really nice…
Most people just suck at the game and don’t know how to manage mana and constantly break the 5s rule or spam PWS and renew or other dumb stuff tbh. Because they’re from retail/WOTLK and the game doesn’t work the same here.

Its kind of fun having to manage your mana.
In wrath I could just bomb holy light start to finish and end the fight at basically full mana.

I can confirm our Mage healer was able to do great (in deadmines) when it was only the tank taking damage, but as soon as most of us took damage “boom mana gone”.

Seriously, I wish they would have reduced mana costs across the board but reduced damage to where casters arent just outright broken with way better mana economy. I want to actually cast not be a purple or blue flavored wander.

as a priest, it seems like im consistently oom if i’m not careful with my buttons. it seems like i must avoid using flash heal/other heals unless its an absolute emergency or i use the talent to make it mana free. my mindset now is that people dont need to be 100% all the time. this doesn’t ruin the game for me though as i absolutely adore priest but i do have higher hopes of it becoming more fun/more efficient as levels increase.
in battlegrounds, definitely always doing a 180 to grab a leaf right quick though.

Got a 25 Druid/Priest now, I’m not a fan of Feral never have been but feels like I have no choice. Priest doesn’t get a look in for DPS. I noticed this also, I’m being extra careful with what spells I’m choosing because 3-4 casts I’m oom.
