Yes Chef is a guild that is reforming to lock in something permanent for every sort of player, whether the dedicated raider or the casual expansion pop-in.
Currently the guild is driven towards achieving AoTC, with a long term goal of pushing into Mythic content and eventually CE. If you’re looking for a guild that is looking to barrel it’s way towards CE out the door, this may not be the appropriate place for you. But if you’re looking to become established in a guild with people that have been part of the founding roots of other long time deep mythic and CE guilds, then we may be the right fit!
Basic Requirements

Punctual and Reliable attendance – Attendance will end progression before it can begin. We will always give our utmost to ensure we’re recruiting to keep active and engaged raiders. We understand that life happens, but we would prefer core raiders are able to maintain 85+% attendance. We will attempt to keep a healthy bench to help provide for any post outs.

Understanding and improving performance based on tools available (WCLogs, replays, details, or any other analytical information)

Accepting of constructive criticism. It is critical to understand that feedback is crucial in limiting reoccurring mistakes. Criticism should never be perceived as a personal attack of character, nor should any criticism be directed in that fashion.

Class proficiency – With the effort required to overcome strategic obstacles in every iteration of content, understanding your class/role is crucial to effective time management.

Performance – Raid compositions will always aim at taking the best performing raiders. This will observe best composition for any encounter. Being asked to sit for another raider should never be viewed as a negative, but a necessary step in an attempt to resolve an encounter.
Recruitment-
Tanks: Potentially 1 non-druid
DPS: Boomkin, Spriest, Warrior, Shaman (Ele and Enhance), Dev Evoker, Rogue
Healers: Only looking at potentially flex healers that are primary DPS.
