I look at Malevolence and the damage is there, the cd feels impactful to press. But the visual is lacking.
Could we get something adding to it, some cool flavor would be to turn into the OG Demonform from Demo, or even have wings. Something to highlight the spell has be cast please.
Edit: Ok I pressed it again and see something small does happen, just not very much. Doesn’t help I’m a gnome and likely smaller overall.
I’ll settle for Blizz taking it off the GCD instead of a visual.
It does have a very cool visual change to the Warlock itself, but maybe the targets of your Wither could have something else going on, like some sort of purple-green eruption during the effect.
I just want to see Malevolence literally set the Wither target on fire to burn horribly. It should also force the enemy target to emote in pain.

I think it would be cool if it gave your fire spells purple and green effect. Same for chaos bolt. Just change things during the CD
Playing more with it, I agree it being on the GCD doesn’t feel good. Still needs a visual improvement as well, but OFF the GCD you’ve got my support.
