I posted on the Bug Forum, but I noticed my Malefic Wrath legendary is bugged. It’s only allowing me to build one stack instead of three. If you are experiencing the same, please comment on my thread in the Bug Forums to give it awareness.

Can confirm it only gets 1 stack of the buff instead of the 3 stacks i was getting before this patch

bugged for my lock as well. was looking forward to some necro aff shenanigans 
yeah it did this all of PTR and I had really hoped they wouldn’t send it live like this.
I’m disappointed it made it to Live considering it was reported in PTR. Please ensure to keep the post on Bug Forums active so that Blizzard will promptly fix it while fixing patch bugs.
Tested it in both a raid group and questing, with the same issue of only 1 buff and no additional stacks. I was getting 3 stacks prior to the new patch.
Still happening after maintenance today, submitted an in game bug report and followed up on a couple threads about this in the bug forums…
…this should be something that never made it to live broken like this…
You realize this is blizzard we’re talking about right? They dont care about warlocks.
blizzard dont care about affliction warlocks at all.

This has been fixed for me. Please confirm if its been fixed for you guys too. 
Nothing to worry about this bug is affecting 10 players total
