Malefic core lost

I have a Protection Warrior alt that is a little behind on Corruption Resistance for the cloak (rank 15).

I killed today Nzoth in normal difficulty but after the kill i wasn’t teleported down so i couldnt loot the boss chest then i decided to teleport back to boralus with hope that it would be mailed to me.

It wasnt, i got even a sword from the loot and a pet but the malefic core wasnt there.

I decided to kill Nzoth again in another group and after a succesfull kill i got teleported down, but this time i couldnt loot the chest because i already “had done it”.

So that means 3 less corruption resistance for my warrior and it leaves me frustrated.

Fix the bug with everyone not being teleported down after killing Nzoth or at least let Malefic core be mailed.

i did the same just got the answer and guess what? They cant give you back the malefic core.

Lost a malefic core, nice.

If you wait a while it should teleport you down anyway. Or you can zone out and back in and it should put you in the Heart chamber.

I did wait but wasnt teleported down, didn’t try the zoning out and back in thx for the idea.

Same thing happened to me here - Malefic Core Bug - #3 by Vyral-tichondrius

The ticket response I got was ‘we don’t mail malefic cores, try reloading your UI’ which was less than helpful.
