Never understood and never will ever understand why pandarens are seen as a joke and especially male pandarens seen as ‘‘goofy’’ and ‘‘joke pick’’
The vast majority of players(in normal realms at least) playing as Male pandarens do it as a ‘joke’ because according to them,- killing people as a ‘fat panda’ is divine comedy, this results in them always putting ridiculous out of place transmogs on them.
And by the way, they’re not ‘fat’, they’re chubby muscular.
I love bears and chubby furry men in general i think their designs are awesome, being able to play as one is a wonderful thing and is niche luxury that this game as bad as its fallen from grace, has to offer.
It doesn’t stop there either, their designs are perfect too, you can tell the guys that designed male pandarens knew what they were doing and definitely know whats up even down to the thick pointy eyebrows part.
People ingame seem to think me playing as a male panda rogue is some kind of joke and have even been told ‘gear up a real rogue quit wasting your time on a panda lol not worth it’ as if my pick was a joke.
I adore my panda and his looks, he’s perfect and captures the essence of panda rogue. He’s not a ‘joke’. Not only do i get to play as a chubby bear, but as a assassin one too at that. VERY specific i love it.
If this were FF14’s community, my panda would be received completely differently, and have nice convos. hrothgar don’t get hate.

At least you get consideration as a “male”. We Blood Elves have a hard time convincing people we even have males, despite the fact that BE males have proportionally gigantic feet and hands and what that means anatomically…
