I have zero idea what I logged into when logging into my male Panda monk- I just noticed that my shoulders are now super janky and anytime my monk gets on a mount he looks super stiff and there is SOOOO much clipping.
Am I missing something or was this intentional? It does not look great 
Theres been other posts about this but no reply from Blizz’s end. Give the bug report page a scrolldown and you should be able to find it.
Has multiple replies and photos, both male and female pandas, of their shoulderpads now being misaligned and out of place.
Oh my god, thank you for the update. I was super nervous that this was a permanent change, but I was unable to find anything on this. Hopefully they fix this soon!
