Thanks for your reports and patience, everyone! TMNet is one of the ISP that we’re aware of experiencing issues and we’re investigating the issue for a resolution. We’ll continue to update when more information is available.
Hi all.
TM net user here. Just tried logging, can finally log into battle net launcher and into d game. Latency seems stable as well.
Hope it is now solved for everyone affected as well and that no relapse of issue.
Thanks for all the efforts, Blizzard!
Mexico City, ISP Totalplay working fine right now.
I confirm that now I am able to log in to WoW (and any realm), also I can access to any battle network, even the launcher. No lag too.
Hi @Blizzard
I am using ISP: Time in Malaysia and I am still getting over 9k ms in game WoW Classic.
I know this issue is fixed for TMNet users but Time it seems I am getting really high ping.
Hello @Blizzard! Greetings from Indonesia. I am using ISP Firstmedia.
Ping is still really high. Looks like problem still persists same as players from Malaysia.
Really looking to get this fixed so I can enjoy playing the game again.
Thank you,
Zella
TMNet user here, yesterday night finally able to login and get the weekly event done (timewalking 5 times), else i would be banging the wall if i can’t login before event ends (i just left 1 more count).
The issue is our ISP totally can’t access blizzard’s battle.net website, so even i can’t login to this forum, since the id need to verified at battle.net database, let alone login the game with battle.net apps.
Initially us.battle.net and eu.battle.net can’t be access, so the link provided by customer support to do testing can’t even access. On next day, the eu.battle.net finally accessible, but not the us.battle.net where the login/authentication is. So i could use the link to do some testing. And the result is quite similiar to the test result that posted here.
Anyway, thanks the blues finally able to resolve it.
Same problem happened in Singapore. The network is working fine. Just the ping is very high like 10K. It happens suddenly from yesterday night.
I am able to get into the game but get disconnected within a few seconds.

I’m now having this issue since the classic wow shutdown.
Region: Australia
ISP: Telstra Belong
I am also having this issue since the shutdown today. I was able to log in for about 10 minutes, but was disconnected and am now unable to connect to the battle.net app and WoW.
Location: Tokyo, Japan
US too…I’m in Maryland & having the same issue. exe file works to launch it though. I just figured it was due to maintenance.
edit It looks like the maintenance was an extra hour today, I didn’t realize it myself. Might be ok, will have to check later
Seeing the same issue myself. Launcher was open, but gets stuck on ‘connecting’, I’m in Michigan.
I tried closing the launcher and reloading it, it’s just spinning with “Logging in…”.
