Can your thousands of subscribers, paying you a monthly sub, many of whom also paid you $127 AU for an epic pack, please get an official response to you downgrading their service?
I am not sure of consumer law in the US, but you are definitely not complying with Australian consumer law right now.

Great, I don’t have Twitter. I come to the official game forums and website to hear news about the service I am paying for (being this game). It is not too much to expect official comms via the official channels.
