I’ll get right into it. Starting at Pwave talent, get rid of it and replace with a talent that makes “Windfury ignores armor” or at least a high percentage of it.
Next Talent down, replace with a two point node “Windfury has a 5% chance to proc off of itself (to a max of 2 times).” So for example if you have the talent that makes windfury hit 3 times and you now have this talent you could potentially have windfury hit 9 times. Second talent point would increase chance to 10%.
Final capstone talent would be a Doomwinds redesign. “You spend your maelstrom weapon stacks to empower windfury. Each point of maelstrom spent increases windfury damage by 5%, and increases proc chance by 10%.” I think it should have a low cd like 10-15 sec. Basically should give another maelstrom spender option that isn’t a heal or lightning bolt/Ele blast.
In doomwinds old talent node replace with a two handed weapon proficiency.
These changes aren’t perfect or balanced really but I do think making windfury be a vast majority of your damage breakdown would be really fun. That way you can spend more globals supporting your team with totem utility or off heals while your auto attacks/windfury procs are doing a good deal of damage.
