Making up for shadowlands fury warrior mobility nerfs

i was wondering if anyone is trying to find ways to make up for the mobility nerfs done on fury warrior in shadowlands. specifically with how they made piercing howl no longer spammable and a 30 sec. cd, even though it costs no rage now, but also with the removal of thirst for battle pvp talent, at least for me, it may make sticking onto targets noticeably more difficult. although they did add hamstring, but it’s difficult to use, especially when people are spiraling around you or just moving really fast, etc, it can be hard to actually hamstring someone that constantly is able to kite away or strafe well.

with the introduction of single minded fury, you can get 5 percent increased movement speed with dual wielded one handed weapons, and i had another idea which was to use conqueror’s banner covenant ability as a mobility buff with the 10 percent increased ms for 2 minutes, rather than re-activating the ability, giving your party increased health and attack speed. however, this can be a bit impractical to use, remembering to activate it again when its off, or possibly make a macro so that it doesn’t activate the other buff, but only cancels out and activating it again only provides the ms buff.

however, even with these two flowing, the movement speed impairments really take over, i noticed this playing as a higher level rogue, even with hit and run talent + fleet footed, when i was slowed, it was very crippling. another remedy, possibly more “practical” is spear of bastion, as it works in both ways, if you’re not able to catch up to an enemy, you can hit them, as well as tether them for a little bit, with a 25 yard range, it looks ok.

also the issue with Single minded fury is your losing a little bit of survivability with less health, compared to titan’s fury.
