I guess this is due to the Primal storm that happens in the same area. But I am on the Making Time quest on my alt where you go in the first portal and try to help Chromie. The essences they have you collect require you to kill level 70 elite mobs. I’m only level 62. Am I missing something or is this just bugged? Didn’t see anyone else talking about it.
Update… as soon as I had someone join my group to help me all the mobs suddenly switched to 61 elite. Walked out to start fighting, hit a few mobs and they switched back to 70 again. Also, can’t talk to Chromie on the Temporal Tuning quest that goes along with it. Blizz please fix.
