I believe this is an Important issue, No other crafters are bottlenecked to having to farm a drop to continue. I believe Pip’s Skinner should be purchasable With " Reals " if you can buy your set items from dungeons with Real’s. I believe you should also be able to purchase Pip’s Skinner so people dont have to run it for week’s on end, just to be able to skin Core hounds in MC. Up vote this if you think this is a solid fix.

Professions are a side thing that are purely an additive to your character. You can finish Naxx without ever touching a profession. You’re crying about a knife not dropping and call that “gatekeeping” your profession, have you ever tried being an enchanter? where you have to farm MULTIPLE items that are WAY lower drop chance than your knife AND multiple reps? or literally any crafting profession that requires multiple random recipes to be worth having? All you need is a knife that I’ve seen drop multiple times to practically be set for the rest of your life in the game and you still wanna complain about it.

Tier shouldn’t have been added to reals vendor either, it was silly and made unlocking your full pre-bis way too easy but at least I get it because having pre-bis is something every character needs unlike skinning a dog.

I agree with you fully, but I guess the argument is… None of the other professions are required. However to prog in BWL you NEED onyxia scales for cloaks for the entire raid no dagger = no scales = no BWL
