I’ve found I have reduced motor control and have been trying to find a way to turn the mouse look ability to be on at all times, I’ve turned on options and modded around needing to use my mouse as much as possible but still need to use it for camera control.
Does anyone know how to lock cursor into the center of the screen and potentially fully lock the mouse look to always on?

Gave this a try, it almost works. When you click the lock rotation it breaks upon hitting any movement key. While standing still it works as intended though. If this could function 100% of the time then this would do it.

For people going through something similar here’s what I’ve found to work.
In the default wow interface enable under Gameplay>Controls “Enable Interact Key” and set it to something easy for you, I use “T”
Under Gameplay>Combat “Enable Action Targeting”
Mods:
Immersion (/wow/addons/immersion), this mod lets you handle dialogue with your keyboard. Make sure to also go into interface>addons>immersion>Key Binds and enable [1-9] selection
MouseLookHandler (wow/addons/mouselookhandler), this let’s you bind a key I’m using F12 to toggle mouselook on and off. While it’s toggled on you can also temporarily bind left and right click to other actions. I set them to my primary attack skills.
