You don’t save any money by playing Hearthstone for “free”. If you don’t buy the decks, you won’t be competitive. So yea, it’s completely pay to win. Wow has no reason to go F2P. By their own report, Wow is the money maker right now. I guess Hearthstone and Overwatch aren’t the cash cows they used to be.
