Instead of when servers turn back on. How about each week it spawns at a different randomized time.
World Bosses die within 5 minutes of restarts on Tuesday and thats it… done for the whole week.

Do you even play this game? Azuregos spawned like this the first spawn period and then every other spawn period after (including ones starting at server reset) were like how you describe. Tbc will be the same.

The positive is… people will be able to openly contest the kill and it will lead to more in game interactions and drama amongst the most powerful guilds.
Right now its just a trash mob that gives out free loot at a set time, once every week.
