Is tbc a different game?
Technically yes… but not really… its still a really bad game that ppl romanticize but then wont play it more than a month or two… but claim its the best game ever and how it needs an Era server so bad and then by February 2028 they havent been on their characters in over 6 months.

It’s astonishing the dads can’t clear SSC and TK prenerf… They are an absolute joke of raids lol

Half the regular forum posters here were on maladath with me and couldn’t clear wotlk naxx, its not surprising to me anymore

tbc did not do good in classic earlier ( a few years ago) why do you think it failed.
I don’t think TBC classic failed at all. It was more popular than classic 2019… I just personally don’t think its as great a game as people make it out to be.
I really dont think it needs an era server as I cant imagine many people playing it a year or two after SWP is out and on farm.
I dont think it has the same replayability as classic does and will struggle immensely in an “era” status.
Then the begging for WOTLK era will come… and we will repeat the entire thing all over again.
Because TBC in itself is bad. Even in the meme server days tbc was never as popular as wrath and vanilla
yeah its doesn’t need era, that’s for sure. i like the idea of Anni going to TBC. i loved the expansion. looking forward to more than a few months on tbc

They should just do a very long expansion and move onto WOTLK after.
Do the full 4-5 months for each phase and give ppl plenty of time to play it out. Take 2 years to do TBC its fine. But no era!

Well, you’re the one who chose to play on anniversary realms.
Already answered though it will be condensed phases for a total of about 16 weeks total for TBC anniversary.
Some people really enjoy TBC and have been asking for TBC era since TBC ended I enjoyed TBC but don’t think I would play it again
Same for wrath some people really enjoy and have been asking for wrath era since it ended I would replay wrath again this time not stopping in naxx cause of retail wow
If they did era for both TBC and Wrath be more subs for them for having to do very little to no work

#1 problem with vanilla is it doesn’t have Arena. That’s why people want TBC.

Playing anniversary made me realize how hard I was nostalgia humping vanilla for years. If I take a step back and really look at the game, it’s not that great. Obviously it was amazing in 2004 but man, it has flaw after flaw after flaw.
TBC is the last thing left that I could possibly want to play, and even then I will surely run into the same thing I have for vanilla anniversary.
Glasses are off I guess.
