I’m guessing you have run it before, but you never know. Especially if you got tons of alts.
I’ve definitely used the changes to skip torghast levels since they where implemented.
Perhaps you should put in a ticket.

you sure your not trying twisting corridors? That i think is still personal? Can confirm that my fresh 60 has layer 8 unlocked and has never been in torgast before
