Tortollans got a seat on the Zandalari ruling body.
And the Scorched Sands trolls made their home in the dunes and are most likley to be pardoned by Talanji after Rakera made a precedence.
That means only the Sethrak miss an official position with the rest of the races of the region.
Blizzard I beg you give me dem snakes. Playable for the Horde. Neutral is okay too but considering the story and what the Horde PC did for Vorrik personally
(Killing Korthek, stopping Mythrax, bringing Sethraliss back and saving Serrik)
he make the most sense as a vassal of the empire like they were before Vol’dun became a desert.
While we may disagree about a lot of things, this is a thing I support and have advocated for extensively, let the people of zandalar be united once more.
We may learn something in either chronicle volume 4 which will cover MoP-Shadowlands. Not to mention the new Exploring Azeroth book that will cover the broken isles, kul tiras, dragon isles and Zandalar. So they have to talk at least some about Zandalar/Vol’dun.
I’d love to see them added, although I think they should be neutral. Alliance BfA foothold involves questing with/helping them, so in my opinion it makes sense for both to be able to play them (seeing as both sides are ‘friends’ with them currently)-- that is, unless I’m missing something. I haven’t done BfA all the way through in ages.
I agree with playable Sethrak. We just need an Alliance allied race to pair it with as new. Maybe Arakkoa or Saberon? Maybe Saberon would be better as Horde to play off the cats vs dogs theme. Maybe Arakkoa?
Alliance have wanted the snakes for a while now… but, it’d be far, far more interesting if they joined the Horde.
Furbolg would be a really interesting pick up for the Alliance. I believe we’ve had quests learning the Furbolg language, and that’d be a good segue into being an Allied Race.
Either way, I’m still hoping we get a Nerubian Allied Race.
I give Blizzard a lot of crap for the Earthen, but to be fair, any time Dwarves are talked about it makes me a bit happy. I think they’re cool, and I hope the Earthen work out well. I also wouldn’t mind a Frost variant, that’d be nice as well.
I think it’d be a better fit with Horde because of how much tension can be written between the Vulpera and Sethrak. With the Alliance, it’d basically be… “Ok, you’re a part of the Alliance now, nothing much changes, so let’s go save the day or what ever.”
I just feel like the writers could have so much more fun if they were Horde side.
Yeah, so many years later and we still see people asking for High Elves. It doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m not an Alliance player at heart.
high elves, void elves, dwarfs and gnomes. That story writes itseld. Your basic and non original tolkien gang of people with similar interests and morals.
never understand why we got mechagnomes and vulperas instead of ankoans and gilbins (aquatic goblins)
we literally had a patch with them being friends for each faction
