Make the Prelate title useable by both factions

I want to use it on my Zandalari paladin, because she’s actually a Prelate, but its an Alliance only title.

because da loa only gives da power of da light, not da titles mon.

Wouldnt mind a new way to get it for Horde, like do some training quest chains with the Zandalari when rolled as a Paladin or something
