if the alliance in hillsbrad farms are green to other alliance, no reason the orcs at the keep are hostile to the horde.

Theyre Blackrock orcs. Part of Rendâs âDark Hordeâ. Theyâre hostile to everyone that isnt them.
The lore begs to differ. Redridge orcs are not Horde. They never had anything to do with Thrall. While Thrall was doing his thing in Kalimdor, the Orcs left in the Eastern Kingdoms were instead working with the black dragonflight, which had become evil because Neltharion (later known as Deathwing) became corrupted and he in turn corrupted the entire black dragonflight⌠which enslaved the red dragonflight and did all this other stuff.
The Hillsbrad humans are and always were part of the alliance. I believe they are the remnants of the kingdom of Lordaeron that was not turned undead⌠and Lordaeron was part of the alliance up until Arthas turned and everyone died.
The half orc/half ogres should join the Horde now though. That would be cool.
the orcs in redridge are blackrock orcs serving under rend blackhand and nefarion. they have no love for orgrimmar.
they were too lazy to make faction specific dungeons so alliance kill paladins fighting forsaken and orcs storm black rock to save stormwind
