I was in the tavern in hallowfall with a friend yesterday and noticed how nice it was but there isnt really anything to do there or any of the taverns really they are just… there.
I think hearthstone added in game could be fun! Doesn’t have to be every tavern around the world but maybe some of the more popular ones and new xpac ones going forward having a bunch of tables where your character can walk up, sit and play a game of hearthstone against another player in game who comes and sits at the same table. Can even have a " I got next" system where if you come across 2 players already playing and want in you can que your spot up to play next round.
Just something to make more of the in game places have a little more use and fun, Been a fan of mini games within a game since I played Gwent in the Witcher, and ESO’s fairly new card game it added an xpac or 2 ago as well.

That would require loading two games at the same time. Might be a problem for some players. Sounds neat though. I think it’s Fable that had tavern games you could play and I always thought it was cool you could step away from the RP for a minute and play some simple games.
At the least it might be fun to add in the style of minigames we get from world quests, like untangle the lines, swap the colors, etc.
Dart boards with a weekly hi-score table, maybe some pool and card tables. If Blizzard can put Plants vs Zombies in the WoW they can add darts, poker and spades.

I think darts or card games would be fun! Not Hearthstone though. That game can be deleted from existence, the sooner the better lol (my opinion). Never have enjoyed card games like that.
more non instanced things should be added to get players in the world to do stuff. herathstone, poker without gambling, brawlers guild, ect

Idk why they dont implement games. In the game.
I think they could use the same model as what they have behind the Storyteller Stage.
Solitaire would be easy to add, and chess!!
It was fun at first. But it’s a TCG so it’s inherently P2W. It didn’t really matter until expansions and seasons started rolling, which is why it was so fun when it first launched.
I kinda miss that.
