Why is Solo BG Blitz queueable with a healer?
This is ruining the whole mode.
Once your MMR gets below you CR you are finished and there is no way to get out of it.

For sure it should be, I haven’t been back long but I thought you could only queue as Healer+dps, but you can queue 2 healers? Like, what the …? You can basically dictate the outcome of a game if you duo queue healers.
Should never be allowed, same for duo with a DPS, as someone who previously spent years duo queueing BGs with a dps player, 2 people can have a lot of impact it’s absurd. Lastly win-trading being easily achieved if you so desired (pathetic), I don’t think it’s as common as people make it out to be but I don’t have a DPS players perspective all I do is heal.

It’s crazy. I shouldn’t have to find friends to win at a Solo mode.

Only a pvp developer who hates his job would add a Duo queue to a solitary game and we have already seen the consequences.

I’m a DPS and have never duo-queued, but I don’t have an issue with DPS/healer duo queues.
Healers often take on too much responsibility and get blamed in BGs routinely, both in random and Blitz. Meanwhile, a great healer can’t directly kill enemies and often has to heal some bad DPS players. It could be very frustrating. Why not let them bring a friend who’s worth their healing?
So I’m not surprised Blizzard decided to give them some incentives. At least now, if someone tries to scapegoat healers, they’ll have a friend to defend them. Not to mention more healers in queue can greatly reduce queue time for everybody.

I have also noticed that duo-queued healers tend to only heal that one person they queued with.
They probably took one look at shuffle that’s gated entirely by lack of healer participation and decided to let people queue with their friends.
I don’t know what this has to do with anything.
At the end of df when they launched blitz i duo qued with a friend healer who plays at 2k and we pushed our mmr up to 2700 and it wasn’t even hard. On discord, talking about cds and role assignment on the fly….made the game really easy mode for blitz. I haven’t done that this season but I don’t think it would have changed. Double healer ques would be a crazy advantage but I’m a healer and I approve of this

It really should just be a solo game mode. Games at the top end at 3k+ MMR are currently dictated by a combination of duos/lopsided composition due to the limited player pool at that rating. I won’t be surprised if the bulk of end of season R1 slots are taken by players that primarily queued with somebody else.
You have to play through the losing streak.
Every winning streak is followed by an equal or greater losing streak, but your rating will be slightly higher after. Think of it like trying to get sped up on a swing set.
