Sylvanas does not meet any of those criteria.
If Sylvanas were to be a raid boss, it would be of the Jaina and Mechatorque variety, and even then I don’t think she will be a raid boss at all.

There won’t be a Maw raid in 9.1
The reason for that being that Blizzard is saving the Jailer for the final boss and he’s trapped in the Maw. He can’t leave the region, and we’ve yet to get any story that implies that he can leave. So the raid will likely be somewhere else, with the Maw raid being saved for the final confrontation with the Jailer.
Alliance needs to step up for a change. In-game they need to start losing as much as horde has over the years. Do not care about books, out-of-game things, or anything not relevant to the game we play now. As it stands beside her. Horde has no one else that can even stand up to the alliance. This one-sided annulation got to stop. It is getting beyond old.

Nope i think that th ot is gonna be a raid boss because she is so stupid to make everyone an enemy xD.
Last I checked, all of those characters are still around and very much a part of the current story except Archimonde…who was just very recently part of the story.
Surely you have better examples. Kel’thuzad was literally just reintroduced into the story for goodness sake.
