Make Shoulder Rat Permanent!

Please make it a toy reward with a 10 minute cooldown and a 60 minute duration.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, just outside of Madam Goya’s in Dornogal is an interactable ‘Tiny Sewer Rat’ that, when interacted with, casts ‘Shoulder Rat’ and gives you the buff Shoulder Rat (description: ‘You have a friend!’) for 10 minutes.

A commenter on WowHead told the story about how someone lost a pet rat that would sit on his shoulder while they played WoW. Just so happens, one of the people they played with was a developer for the game. So they added this little bit in honor of their pet shoulder rat.

there’s actually already a shoulder angel and devil toy(s) from shadowlands.

I don’t recommend them, they kinda make your chat box unusable.

and if you took it to the sea is it a shoal-der rat?

As a lover of rats and as someone who has had to say goodbye to them too many times, thank you for this information. This is really touching, and I had no idea this existed. I’m going to make a macro with the coordinates for the Tiny Sewer Rat for whenever I feel like pouring one out for the lil’ homies.
