Being honest the rend turn in gives no rep, no gold, no exp just make it repeatable everyone already ran and turned it in

SOD population about to be propped up by everyone making alts to drop rend….
nah just i mean everyone gets the helm it if 30-40k people active on a server is being high amount of people and they all done ubrs once then we no longer get rend buff unless someone makes an alt lvls to 60 and repeat
