I only like to pvp. I was looking forward to the templar buffs as it felt rets had been getting the t(*.*t) from blizzard these past couple of months. Apparently they only changed the Templar talents for pve players; and kept what I like to call the Herald of the Sun tickle dot, Dawnlight, the primary playstyle for pvp rets. Boring. Templar is a lot more fun of a playstyle than Herald but it is still not worth playing… even though Dawnlight only tickles your enemies and doesn’t actually allow you to get killing power over them.
My Final Verdicts crit for 500k while a druids Ferocious Bite crits for 1.3 million, in full pvp gear. Plus their bleeds are almost unhealable in their burst rotation, while my Dawnlight is no where near that strength. I’ve been hit for 3 million by a frost dk’s Reapers Mark within 20 seconds of an arena match starting. It was quite funny and yet sad at the same time…
I had high hopes for the Templar changes, sadly my class is getting weaker and it is not very becoming. Whether this was intended or not, it is really off putting to say the least.
