For completing the achieve Every Day I’m Truffling. Pig Nose is an item that when you click on it, it gives you a visible pig nose on your face, you then can find truffles all over Stormsong for the achieve. But the main thing here is that IT GIVES YOU A PIGGY NOSE!!!
