Make Old Raids Soloable while leveling

Disclaimer: max level and max geared people will still have an insane advantage over leveling heros. Also leveling should be restricted to lfr/normal difficulty.

The reason why I bring this up is that much of this wow story is baked into these raids. I would like the developers to consider adding ai bots in lfr difficulty for all these old raids so players can experience some raiding while solo or in a part and while learning the game. I feel like this would add alot of flavor to leveling. There is just so much lore and cinematics behind all these raids it feels like a waste to not use them.

And the dungeons too. Questlines usually end in dungeons and/or raids and allowing people to solo raids would be very helpful for people like me who don’t want to cap xp to que for lfr.

Dude raids are max level stuff, and it would take FAR more work to make an AI and all this for a very small niche group vs spending that for actual content people care about. Want to see an old raids story? Level up, and go to it.

I agree with dungeons. Only a select are available in leveling right?

I think you can do all of the dungeons at certain levels but can only do raids at the max level of each expac, though I could be wrong.

Also it’s easier to queue for low level dungeons than low level raids imo

Coming in Shadowlands max level will be 60 and players can play 1 whole expansion from 15-50.

This is content that is already done from the artwork to the mechanics. Its a total waste to not use those assets. A Blizzard ai for this should not take much developer resources and can add much needed leveling flavor. Say if you completed a whole story zone and are now level 40, they should be able to do that zones raids. It fits with the story they were doing and gives the best player experience that does not require you to get to max level first.

The raids barely have anything to do with the storyline, except the very last part. Again, the work to add in AI to allow what you are asking, would take from NEW content. Just business sense wise, make a function a very small margin of people will use, once, or put in new content more people will see and enjoy. Want to see old raids at a lower level? Have a friend run you. Not hard at all dude.

I always thought they should have made old raids 5 mans for appropriate leveled characters. Very few if any are going to put together a 40 man group to do MC or Ony.
