and allow us to queue for it in LFG…
would make gearing a lot less painful for alts…it’s not the greatest loot but it’s enough to catch up and at least be decently geared to start raiding and M+.
A pipe dream I guess, Blizzard would never implement this, dunno why I think or even hope that they would.

Do your M0 get a +2 key
-
run the +2
-
downgrade the +4 back to a +2
-
repeat steps 2-4
A +2 isnt that much different than a 0

I don’t see them making this change.
I also don’t think this would necessarily be a bad change.
edit: the guy below me brings up a good point. a +2 is basically no different, and you can farm m+ indefinitely.

right but m+ drops limited gear…I guess you’re right this is a good alternative
And you are a prot pally. You could probably go even higher and people would just carry you as long as they had a tank.
Main spec is ret I HAD to go prot so people would take me…shouldn’t have to but that’s the curse of being ret
Just FYI to the OP, you want to stack haste as a Prot Pally. haste to 20% then Mastery/Vers.

As MelBlanc’s Prot toon I must say… .It’s pronounced lolret. And at least you can just set your loot to ret and get insta accepted to groups. Unlike mages, hunters and other pure classes.
That you can farm M+ infinitely for gear, or heroic dungeons much the same(…if you do randoms at least) kind of doesn’t make sense in the current game. Mythic(…and heroic without reliance on random) dungeons being spammable should probably happen.
I mean, the gear is fundamentally “eh” to begin with, so why should it be throttled if that’s what people want to do for whatever reason?
I wouldn’t say it was the biggest deal though. I could accept that the effort to remove lockouts might not be worth the payoff. But it’s still silly, and if easily altered probably should be.
See his above comment he just dungeons at prot. he’s still low ilvl so pretty much ANY ilvl upgrade is worth taking for him for the +str alone. He only has a couple vers enchants. Which… while haste is much better is understandable especially if he PvPs, though a couple vers enchants aren’t as important as just straight ilvl changes.
Historically, adding something to the LFD/LFR means nerfed difficulty and nerfed rewards, then later adding yet another difficulty with better rewards that you can’t queue for via LFD/LFR.
And the cycle continues.
To keep people on the learning curve from getting practice. That way they’ll buy more tokens for paid carries.
at this point I’m just taking what ever I can get at the moment, literally got 1 piece in 3 m0 runs. Also prot is not my main spec, don’t care much about it but thx for the advice I will keep it in mind if I decide to ms Prot
The thread title confuses me. What is this M0 only drops loot once a week thing? I thought M0 dungeons reset daily?
Edit: nevermind. I looked it up. Am I losing my mind or has it always been this way?

Is this real life?
or is it just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide
no escape from reality
The whole mythic system should be for esports only… anything past 0 is an achievement…
just a thought
they treat M0 like raids so once you’ve downed a boss that’s it till next week weather you got loot or not…
you can still run M0 to help a friend for example but you just won’t get anything until reset.
+2 drops 2 items for 5 people.
+0 drops loot every boss kill and 2 pieces last boss.

And gives all 5 people a vault choice at 1/4/10
No. Trust me when I say, pugs COULD NOT do Mythic 0 mechanics. They require people to use their full brain and not afk auto attack to death like they do in LFR.
