Um… BrM has been one of the best tanks all xpac. MW, while having a stigma, is more than capable of completing keys most players will never think of trying and pumps in raids. WW, while suffering in ST most of the xpac, has been one of the kings of mythic plus due to its aoe.

So, care to try again?

Being good doesn’t make gameplay fun.

The class had an identity once, now it’s just a copy paste of other classes with small changes.

Actually now that you mention it, we are pretty much like a prot war/vengeance dh combo.

See how you’ve avoiding listing them because they don’t exist?

You don’t take the core mechanic that defines the spec and list that as “well this makes it different!!!” because it doesn’t.

Wars and WWs are both CD based PVE specs, there is no uniqueness that differentiates WW from War. We lost that all starting in Legion and downgraded further since then. Atleast in Legion I can argue things like Ride the Wind, Chi orbit, Xuen comboing, having atleast some utility. But all of that has been thrown to the wind.

I’m glad your brain has been so imploded by the last few expacs that you can’t process those things.

Which spec do I choose to heal on a warrior? I can’t seem to find it.

At what level does my BrM get to equip a shield and block?

When do ww autos and abilities start generating energy similar to rage? You8 do know there is a fundamental difference in playstyle right? right?

My war doesn’t seem to be able to cast clones and sky rocket aoe dps, which buttons do I press for that? On a side note, please oh please try and compare war aoe to ww aoe. I’m begging you!

And lastly, your arguments are childish at best, and that’s being generous. Your comparison can literally be made for most every class at the moment, because the Devs pushed us into a CD based dps style. Let’s see shall we…

  1. DK - both frost and unholy hit like wet noodles outside of their cd’s/.

  2. Havoc - one cd (sinfal brand) does most of their damage.

  3. Balance and Feral - balance is certainly cd based, feral is actually consistent without cd’s.

  4. Hunter - all three specs require cd’s to do meaningful damage.

  5. Mage - same as hunter, you could maybe argue frost, but without their cds damage is
    still bad.

  6. Ret - laughable outside of wings.

  7. Shadow - who plays shadow?

  8. Rogue - cd based once again on all three specs.

  9. Ele and Enh - you guessed it, reliant on cd’s.

  10. Destro and Demo - alas, cd based again. Aff is busted outside of pvp.

Now maybe take the rest of the day off from the forums are recover from looking so foolish.

Monks are always great!!! we may not be meta, but we are still great!! Love all three specs!!! Mained healer for first 3 seasons, maining tank now! loving it all. Are there things i’d liked changed? Sure. but every class has that!
