Title. Warlocks perma 50% slow is the most aids experience, just pop corruption, spell reflect and just pillar hump the whole game because the damage and slow is nuts. Great balancing blizzard.

Agreed, and not just because of warlocks.
I’m tired of running the same dungeons in hopes of getting the drop I need and still not getting it, while others are guaranteed to get theirs in Torghast on the first run.
Covenants and legendary pieces (and racials imo) should be disabled in arena.

I agree, I hate versing faceroll arms warriors who spam condemn and have it as their #1 damage by a mile, idc if I lose mindgames, it can just be dispelled straight away, but some cov abils (convoke) are just downright busted. Get rid of all this crap.

Borrowed power in general SHOULD be inactivated… BUT, it can’t be, when some classes/specs are designed pretty much requiring them in certain scenarios. If aff locks didn’t have that corruption slow to help them kite they would be unplayable (the spec is outrageously global starved if you’re trying to keep up CoE; it’s simply not realistic without 500% haste, and you are too squishy to not be able to kite - aff would be utterly unplayable). Also, for another example, ele feels PAINFULLY clunky without the newly-available earth shock legendary.
I’m generally all for disabling borrowed power in arena, but they’d need to address significant gaps within some specs (that are currently being bandaid-fixed by said borrowed power) before doing so.
