Eh, I don’t care about the event too much. I would like a faster leveling process however; even with heirlooms it takes 30~40 hours to get from 1-120, and it’s the same content over and over with every alt. If they could at least give regular bgs an exp boost (maybe half of what Korrak’s was granting?), at least PvP is unpredictable, ergo more engaging than PvE.

No it’s not sadly.
But…if it’s permanent I’ll get very little else done. I had a lot of fun in Korrak’s…best game was actually on alliance where we eventually lost, but had a blast wiping the Horde on Vann, taking out the Ice Lord, etc.
Make it part of the brawl cycle. Exp and all.

As much as I enjoyed it for the ease of leveling, I think I’d rather see it as a battleground/brawl weekly rather than permanent.
In another thread I suggested doing Korrak’s Revenge: Opposite Week, as well, where the Horde and Alliance flip sides (Horde plays on the Stormpike side with the Stormpike NPCs and vice-versa), with a Horde black ram and Alliance golden wolf mount reward for filling the bar.

This is a post from someone that played back in Vanilla and enjoyed the fun of Alterac Valley quite a bit. I did find myself enjoying Korrak’s Revenge despite the many many many losses due to waiting to kill every single War Master or Marshall.
What I want to say is I would certainly enjoy AV being brought back to more of its former glory, but people need to learn that it isn’t about Rushing through the Battleground, it is about the experience in the Battleground. The quests that helped give an edge to the Battle.
Enough rambling, gotta figure a new way to level my mage another 23 levels. Maybe dungeons could work.

To be honest I don’t think it should be permanent. I’ve leveled so fast with it that I’ve missed a lot of the rep gains and story that I should have on a character but I do feel like it should become and your old possibly even semi-monthly bimonthly it’s fun and it’s helpful but it also throws away a lot of that story that they don’t play through properly when we speed level
It won’t have the XP buff, you can count on that 
Without the massive xp and or buff alliance will not run korraks revenge, so having it permanent will not change anything.

That’s the only reason I ran it on my Ally, for the XP. On Horde I had a Pally I wanted more kills on to unlock a Legion artifact color. If they left it up with the XP buff I’d be back in on another Ally eventually. Without the buff though, nope.
No one will run it , you’ll have 'em just go to regular AV. It’s kind of obvious they only allowed the XP buff this time around for the event - have people level up thus incentive to get ready for 8.3 onward.
