Kidney Shot for some reason is not consuming a stack of deathstalker’s mark on the target. I see no reason why it shouldn’t. Deathstalker’s Mark says “When you spend 5 or more combo points on attacks against a Marked target you consume an application of Deathstalker’s Mark”. Yes technically unless you’re an assass rogue spec’d into Internal Bleeding, Kidney Shot doesn’t do any damage but it’s still an “attack”. I know if someone punched me in my kidney I’d sure feel as though I was attacked.
