Please remove this choice between ice nova and ring of frost. Melee already has infinite uptime on casters… I’m looking at you, Mr. Developer who mains a Demon Hunter.

Even without a healer dispelling the majority of melee have multiple ways to get out of snares now at end game. Nova is so weak now
