Before anyone says anything, I know, most don’t like it.
But aside from this, Horrific Visions are a great way to gear alts (and for my 650 Monk, even mains) and some people, like me, find it entertaining (yes, I played in 8.3, I enjoyed it then and I enjoy it now)
They are probably on par with how difficult Delves are with the 8 upgrades we have today, but what I could consider since it’s going to get quite easier is that the vault gives gear going with like Delves 1-8 depending on the amount of masks
Reasoning is, while it may be boring for some, it’s not for others, and they bring more challenges as of today than Delves 11 does
I also don’t want to see any 685s cry in here about how easy Visions are. For me as a 650 Monk 8 masks is challenging, and while I have cleared a 6 masks run using only 1 orb, 8 masks is yet to be beaten. Also, any content is " easy ", and we’re talking about a vault giving 640 loot, not 675.

To be honest, I don’t think Visions need to. 5-8 masks, which is the highest you can go for loot rewards give 4/8 hero for the first time you clear it that week on that character. Which is higher than what delves currently give from the vault. That being 1/8 hero for T8’s or higher. Even four masks give higher than 1/8 hero iirc.
Also, don’t “world activities” only reward like veteran level gear in the vault? Can’t remember. I don’t see a problem with it though. Seems like it would qualify as a world activity to me.

We haven’t seen the final form of Visions yet so it’s hard to say what gear level is appropriate. 8-mask is hard as hell right now.
Once Gift of the Titans is unlocked though… I remember cheesing that quite a bit back in the day, it makes a huge difference to become immune to sanity mechanics. Even more so if you can time it to happen 10 or 20 seconds into the fight when the tricky part comes up.
I’d like them to at least count as world activities for something though. Visions are a lot more fun than snoozing through Waking the Machine for the khfgillionth time.

Ok. Wasn’t sure if they were separate or all lumped together but scaled rewards depending on which specific activities were completed.

Most do… T8-11 Delves rewards hero-track in the vault, T4-7 is champion, T1-3 is veteran, but yeah, most other “world events” are only veteran.
