Keep seeing so many people complaining about being rejected or ignored and blame it on ilvl, io, class, etc. Easy way to fix it is making your own groups, then you can just invite first people who apply like what you want and see how well that goes. People want to complain about the process but not put in work to actually make groups themselves. You don’t need a special account or anything, anyone can make a group then you can run it how you want.

I’ve had a couple groups that were completely incapable of timing keys lower than +10. It’s rare, but if you just invite the first applicants you eventually will get a full group that has literally no idea what’s going on.
It was honestly kinda hilarious, had a fun time with some really awful players but some really chill people. I would never recommend just inviting the first applicants unless the key is ~6 or below/if you’re prepared for things to go great, okay, absolutely terrible, or anything in between.
That is why most people use rio as a tool. Now the scores that people expect of applicants can get absolutely ridiculous very quickly and I don’t know that there’s a way to combat that. For low keys rio should be an absolute nonfactor. Anything below a 10 I only look for their character actually having at least the minimum score to show up (200 i think?). If people think that is unreasonable I don’t know what else to say. I kinda just started rambling, so i’ma call it here.
i’ve gotten so many groups of 4 apply to my keys and play like someone would at m+2 its crazy, and im not inviting them anymore. you would think a premade would be able to communicate better with interrupts but apparently not.
if we are all making our own groups then no one will join

I’m disabled with slow reaction time, but since Mythic+ is the only way to progress these days, how do you suggest I do this? Just buy carries?

Maybe try raiding instead. The fights are fairly scripted. M+ can get a little intense sometimes.
Raiding without voicechat? I don’t think that exists.
Sure it does. You’re really only expected to listen. If you’re not the raid leader, there’s no reason to talk during the pull.
