If Ghostly Strike is just a passive that applies when you hit a target with Sinister Strike or Ambush we can remove an entire button from our bars and make things feel a little smoother. The ability being a slightly better version of Sinister Strike that applies a debuff on a CD that will essentially always be up because of Restless Blades isn’t really much of a thinker nor does it add anything to the gameplay to justify existing on its own.

so your solution to an extra button we press on cd on ST is to remove it and give outlaw a 10% damage buff.
A passive talent that adds it to Sinister Strike or Ambush. And it already functions as a 10% all the time increase on ST. If you’re taking it already and not keeping it up 100% of the time you’re doing something wrong.

Or you could accept that learning your rotation is part of the class and not demand endless changes to make it easier…
