The fact you have to take 5 talents to make eye beam worth pressing is wild. It’s DH’s EYEconic ability. Can we do something about that? Lots of talent trees are getting their 2 pointers moved to 1, that would help. Also think the always crit talent should be baseline.
People sometimes cancel eye beam just to get into demonic faster and that is sad.
It used to do a ton of damage. Now its just a meh ability that barely does damage and that refunds fury (if talented) and takes you into demon form (again, if talented)
Just remembered another thing too, it used to be 30 second cooldown baseline but now you have to take TWO MORE talents to reduce the cd. 
Agreed. I think blind fury should be baseline or made a 1 point node and Eye Beam should always crit.
Collective Anguish does MORE dmg than eyebeam in Havoc! What!?!
