Make Essence of the Storm Warband-bound Currency

This morning I did the The Storm’s Fury Dragonflight open world event. I tried to solo it but couldn’t; lucky I wasn’t alone. It took four of us about 30-40 minutes, which included communication towards the end before we finally downed the four portals. I dc’d at the last part, and almost botched mine. , but that’s another story.

I received seven Essence of the Storm, EotS. I have a total across my toons 114, enough to purchase the battlepet, Time-Lost Vorquin Foal for 105 of EotS. I’m going to be hard pressed to find a group of four patient enough to do that for the next five weeks to get the remaining 32 EotS that I need.

Therefore I propose the following:

1. Making The Storm’s Fury event soloable
2. Making EotS Warband-bound Currency
3. {EDIT} Make a LFG Green Symbol with LFG function next to the Event like you would a world boss…

Hmm. You should be getting more than that?

During Event You will be able to collect maximum 25 of Essence of the Storm in first run, then maximum from 2nd and next Event You will get only 9 Essence of the Storm:

• Killing Rare mob Rimetalon Brawler, Shardwing, Avalantus, Rimebound Controller or Cragsworn Stoneshaper You can loot Coalesced Storm Remnants to get Quest Coalesced Storm Remnants that will Give You 10 Essence of the Storm. Had this only once maby is repeat one time in a week but don’t know.
• Killing final boss will give You 6 Essence of the Storm.
• Finishing 1st Event in same week Will give You Glowing Primalist Cache - Inside will find 9 Essence of the Storm. Finishing 2nd and next i think Event in same week Will give You Primalist Cache - 3 Essence of the Storm

Also, looks like in the comments, someone has a Community set up for this (comment was from Sept last year) to help until they eventually, hopefully, make them Warbound:

I did see the Community, but I thought since it’s from Sept, it wasn’t active. Once people get what they need they tend to lose interest in it…

Worth a shot. If it’s dead, you could always leave it. Or start one and hope enough people are still interested. They should be, since it’s part of the meta, I think.

I knew this event was going to be an issue once DF was over.

It would be far, far better if people could just Queue it like a world boss… All you need is four 80s. OR obviously revamp it to make it soloable…

even during df it was a bad boring event that almost nobody did. I often forgot about it, or when i wanted to do it it wasn’t up. So i’m only 2/3 of the way toward the vendor mount
