I also want to see visage form be extended to every single playable race. I don’t even care for them to give them EXTRA customization; just let me be a dwarf who also turns into a dracthyr.

A while back I would have disagreed. Now I realize Blizzard isn’t ever going to give Dracthyr transmog. Since Dracthyr form is treated as the shapeshift, just make visage form show up on the forums and character screen.
At this point having Dracthyr form show up on the character selection screen is like having a feral druid show up in cat form.

Chosen identity is great. A couple of optional spells toss you out, like soar. But that is to be expected. I would like them to show your chosen identity in forums and character view.

If you don’t want to play a dragon/lizard person don’t play the dragon/lizard person species.
If you just want to play a human or elf, go play a human or elf, there’s so many bloody variations of human and elf for you to choose from.
Visage forms never should have been a thing.
If all you want to do is play human/elf, go bloody play those, stop dragging some of the few none elf / human races into this.

I never liked how in Dragon form you cant see the armor you have on in that form. I mean humanoid cows and foxes can get armor shown on them but not Dracthyr? I didn’t like the barber shop armor options either. Visages should be any race the Dracthyr wants but it should be perma in some way to avoid changing randomly. Thats my only gripes with Dracthyr. But not being in Dragon form at all I don’t agree with as it wouldn’t be Dracthyr race anymore. Defeats the purpose of being that race.

I think they shot themselves in the food by giving them 4 body types instead of the male/female.
Because of that, it’s probably more difficult to make armor for 4 new body types instead of 2.

Evokers skill animations are tied to dragon form. Other classes are not. Did you miss that part?

I still believe if they just made armour appear on Dractyhr, gave them some more Male Draenei barrel-chested options, and a few less snake-like snout options, everyone would like them again.
Designing them as mandatorily nude, pear shaped, child-bearing-hipped scalies was an absolutely insane art direction honestly

Sure…take away my human form(it’s not a visage). I don’t use it anyway, and don’t even have Two Forms on my action bars.
Also, there’s already an ability for non-Evoker Dracthyr to be in visage form all the time. If you hate Dracthyr so much, why roll one instead of rolling another race you prefer?

Drachthyr are shown in dragon form just like Worgen are shown in wolf form. It’s what makes their race different.

If all you want to play is an elf boy or human girl… roll one of them but don’t go crapping on dracthyr. It’s not their fault you hate them OP, very simple answer though…if you don’t enjoy dracthyr don’t play them. Outside of evoker dracthyr can already fight in their visage more or less there is no reason to make the visage permanent as that’d be a waste of assets. So yeah once more… to make it clear for OP…if you don’t like dracthyr and all you wanna be is a human girl or elf boy…then roll an elf or a human, if you don’t like dracthyr don’t play them. Making a thread to crap on them is nothing but rude as some folk like dracthyr, I’d play mine more if I could have more race options for the visage as I don’t like elf boy or human girl but rather than cry about them I don’t play those. If I play Dracthyr I stay dragon 24/7 as I rolled a dragon to play a dragon just like how when I roll a worgen to play as a wolf person
You better get used to it. They are spectacularly awful and Blizzard made a class where you have to play one. So people are going to complain about it, because it was a stupid decision by Blizzard.

Kinda sad…OP makes a thread unaware there is literally an ability on all dracthyr that if you right click it turns you back to your visage after combat. Worse that even if that ability fails they’re apparently too lazy to just click visage…
