I think you need to look in the mirror here. Everyone knew what mats you would need for awhile now. The professions proc multiple of the required items on SoD. Youāre just lashing out over your own poor decisions. If you happen to be a new player and didnāt have time to stockpile these things; expecting to be able to get them all instantly is completely asinine as well.

Honestly, I can say that I did not but thatās no one elseās fault but my own. Iām also not crying about it for whatever thatās worth just saying I had no freakin clue others wise I would have been buying, and holding to sell at an inflated price and piss off OP and many others. Still, I didnāt care to do the research and havenāt played this far into any version of classic but now I know this for next time, and Iāll be sure to reap the rewards.
Well, honestly youāre right. Itās a gamble right? Everyone is gambling no matter what they do. We can either go off the old model and expect we will need these items or we can not gather them and hope that itās changed on the phase release. So yeah we kinda knew, but also didnāt? The fact remains though that OP gambled, he lost, then he threw a fit about it instead of just accepting it like the rest of us. (unless itās changed when the servers go liveā¦ then the people stockpiling it lost and didnāt sell it when it was high).

its not outdated professions CDS are good, the economy in SOD is very solid compared to crap professions in retail where youāre on a loss when crafting CDs and need to be an engineer in the new profession tree for farming less gold than before of that crap rework.
If you want tier for free you can play cata / retail.

100% but people would rather play a blame game and expect someone else to save them rather than take the L and learn. I think that is a major societal problem we have but this is not the place for those discussions lmao

Its how you avoid getting āripped offā on the AH so much. Hate the prices, get them yourself. Since rugged was a lead off rantā¦one will learn quickly why skinners charge what they do. Its drop rate sucks for personal use even.
the power of alts. In anniversary I have a good start on the lw/skinner. the fairly new tailor is planned leveled for enchanting combo. and when tbcc hitsā¦the smith/miner paladin.
that just leaves me at the mercy of alchemists and engineers. JC in tbc part 3.

side edit: prof alts donāt have to be uber BIS gods among mortals. you donāt have to do post 60 gear work up for days to weeks. tailors especially. have the raid god(dess) ship them fabric.
You gear to level to see breakpoints for advance levels.
