Why is it blizzard that I am sitting on 700+ aspect crest on my paladin that is fully geared and that I cant put that hard earned ressources toward one of my many alts trough the warbound system ? I am not interested by a ‘‘discount’’ simply allow me to use my ressources through my account the way I see fit, please and thank you 
Because they want each character to “earn” their gear and progression.
Not saying it’s a good reason, but there it is.
